Best concert ever!

 The Best concert ever: METALLICA!

I haven´t been to many concerts, but definitly the best concert i have ever been to, it´s when i saw Metallica.

Metallica are one of the biggest rock/metal bands in history. Its members are, James Hetfield (vocals), Kirk Hammet (lead guitar), Roberto Trujillo (bass) and Lars Ulrich (drums).

The band was born in california, about 1981. They were a band of teenagers rocking in bars, and just playing their music. After they first album they didin´t stop growing and going up as a band, realising one of the best metal albums (IMO)  ever, Master of Puppets (1986).

The concert was the last year, in april 27. I remember that the final date it was pretty confusing, and all the fans we were a little angry, let me explain. When Metallica anounced the concert for the first time, originaly it was suposed to be in 2020, the 15 of april of that year. But by october of 2019, they canceled the sow, because the vocalist, James Hetfield, had an alcohol relapse, so they change the date a few months later, so instead being in april of 2020, it was going to be by october/november of that year. Buuut we al know what happend that year, Covid appears and ruins all hopes to get the sow in that year, so the band canceled the concert indifinetly.

1 year and a half later, when we were recovering the "normality" to our lives, Metallica anounces new dates for the concert, confirming that we are going to have the concert in 2022, in the Club Hípico of Santiago.

So After 2 years and a half of waiting, i finally went and saw my favorite band in live.

The atmosphere it was just amazing, people around me couldn´t stop screaming (including me) we just can´t stop singing all the song, and supporting the band for the whole concert.

They were like 60.000 people, so it felt litteraly like a sea of persons. Some time of the sow i felt really bad, i barely can breath and i was very soffocated by the people, but it was tottaly worth it.

Right now in 2023, i cant asimilate i saw one of my favorite bands in my childhood, live, just in front of me. Simply amazing. 

Nedless to say te audio was absolutly perfect, they had an amazing light show, and even fire while they were playing.

I´m 1.64m tall, so the only bad thing i didn´t see how i would have liked, but taking that out, it was the best concert ever.
